What you really need to know is this - we care about food, a lot! That's why we use fresh, seasonal and whenever possible, local ingredients! Everything in our cafe is made from scratch with a lot of love and attention. We pickle + ferment our own vegetables, smoke our own meats, and bake our pastries, baguette, sourdough, and bagels fresh every morning.
All our sandwich sauces, simple syrups for our coffee bar, infused oils, crackers - literally everything is made from scratch in our kitchen.
Our Cafe + Bistro offers a range of sweet and savoury pastries and our staple baked goods include - the maple walnut bun, savoury danish, chocolate croissant, bacon + egg brioche, and our famous sesame sourdough loaf.

We serve a selection of delicious sandwiches, all made to order from seasonal ingredients and served on fresh baked bread. You won't want to miss our famous bagel + lox, made up of house smoked steelhead, ricotta, pickled shallot, green onion, and cucumber served on our very own everything bagel.
We have a selection of vegetarian offerings and can accommodate vegan options - just be sure to make your dietary restrictions known to a staff member.

For our drip coffee, we use their Classic Diner - a thick, sweet, and low-acidity coffee that is both beautiful and approachable.

WE USE TREE NUTS: It's important that you know WE DON'T USE PEANUTS in our kitchen however, we do use a variety of tree nuts in our pastries, bread, and other lunch items. Although we take cleanliness very seriously, we cannot guarantee any cross contamination.
WE USE GLUTEN: For all of our celiac friends, we do have a limited number of celiac friendly cakes + muffins however, due to the nature of our kitchen, we cannot guarantee any cross contamination. We use a lot of flour and although we work hard to keep surfaces clean, granules and particles are a different story. Please make your allergy known when you place your order.
WE USE DAIRY: For all our dairy free and vegan friends - when it comes to pastries, our selection is limited, but not to fret! We neighbour Yayu Cafe who specialize in exactly what you're looking for!
